Shipping Information
Order Processing
We’re quick off the mark! Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear’s journey to you.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your surf gear to you:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – $12.95 (arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping)
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international orders. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely stoked about your gear! If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right – no wipeouts here!
Our Return Policy
You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags attached).
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Ding Repair Kits (once opened)
- DVDs & Books (if opened or digital content accessed)
- Swimwear/Bikinis (unless defective)
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
The Return Process (Easy as Paddling Out)
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our crew will respond within 3 hours with return instructions
- Pack It Up – Include all original packaging and tags
- Ship It Back – Use a trackable shipping method to: Freedom Wave Shop Returns

Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or style? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify what you’d like instead. We’ll hook you up as long as the item is in stock.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
- Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our mistake.

International Returns
For surfers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- The package must be marked “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds will be minus original shipping costs
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately with photos at [email protected]. We’ll send replacements faster than you can say “cowabunga!”
