What types of surf gear do you specialize in?
We focus on all essentials for wave riders: boards (fish & hybrids, funboards), wetsuits (full and seasonal), accessories (fins, grip pads, ding repair kits), beachwear (board shorts, bikinis), and practical gear (backpacks, boardbags). Our selection is curated by surfers for surfers.
How do I choose the right surfboard for my skill level?
Our fish & hybrids are great for beginners/intermediates, while funboards suit more experienced riders. Check the product descriptions for recommended skill levels, or email us your height/weight/skill and we’ll recommend the perfect stick.
Do you offer waterproof packaging for wetsuits?
Absolutely! All wetsuits are packed in waterproof materials – just like we’d want our own gear shipped. Boards get reinforced packaging too, because we know how precious your quiver is.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed – no sketchy credit card wipeouts here!
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t entered our Gear Check phase (within 24 hours), email us immediately at [email protected]. Once inspection begins, changes may not be possible due to our quick processing.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
For orders over $500 or multiple boards, email us before purchasing – we’ll hook you up with our best deal. Surf clubs and schools get special pricing too!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Pro Tip: Order by Wednesday noon (Crofton time) for same-week dispatch! Combine orders – surfboards ship free when ordered with other gear.
What’s the difference between Standard and Free Shipping?
Standard Express ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days) – perfect when you need gear fast for an upcoming trip.
Free Global Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 days) for orders over $50 – great for non-urgent orders or seasonal prep.
Do you ship to remote surf destinations?
We ship globally except Antarctica and some remote Asian regions. If you’re headed to a surf camp or obscure break, email us first – we’ll arrange special shipping if possible.
How are surfboards packaged for shipping?
Each board gets double-boxed with reinforced corners and foam protection – the same way pro shippers transport competition boards. We’ve never had a snap in transit (knock on fiberglass!).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?
You’ve got 15 days after delivery to initiate returns (except hygienic items like wetsuits). Items must be unused with original packaging. Email us for a return label and instructions – we’ll walk you through the simple process.
Can I return a wetsuit if it doesn’t fit?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on wetsuits unless defective. Please check our detailed sizing charts before ordering – we’re happy to advise if you’re between sizes.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
While rare (thanks to our bomber packaging), if this happens, email photos immediately to [email protected]. We’ll rush a replacement via express shipping – no need to wait for insurance claims.

ACCOUNT & TECHNICAL

Do I need an account to order?
Nope! You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders faster and saves your info for next time – helpful when you need new fins in a hurry.
I forgot my password – how do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. You’ll get an email with reset instructions faster than a late drop-in at Pipeline!
Why can’t I see some products in my region?
Certain items (like some board models) have regional restrictions due to shipping regulations. If you’re seeing this message, email us – we might have alternative solutions.
